Kemasakuranomiya Park - Review
Stretched out along the length of the Okawa River for four kilometres, this park has roughly 4700 cherry trees lining its path. Come springtime, the blossoms make it one of the most magical and romantic walk in all of Osaka. The best time to visit is at sunrise, or an hour before sunset. The trees are lit up at evening time to keep the magic going. Such is the popularity of the area that pleasure boats actually cruise the river for a better view of the sakura.

Kemasakuranomiya Park, Osaka Reviews
Located on the banks of the Okawa's river, the park is one of the most popular spot for enjoy the wonderful of cherry blossoms. People usually having a picnic on that occasion. For traveler, they can also enjoy it by cruising the river. Other than enjoying Sakura blooming, the park is a nice place to relax and play with the kids. It is fresh and not crowded. There are available a lot of park benches to enjoy the scenery. People can also play or exercise on the wide sand field which is just like playing on the beach.
We were lucky enough to be here during cherry blossom days. We walked both sides of the river from the train station and back and took tons of pictures. What wonderful memories we made.
I personally recommend this park to enjoy cherry blossoms in the afternoon. Have your foods packed and enjoy your foods by the river while waiting for the sunset.
Very informative museum depicting the history of coin minting in Japan. Best part? It's free!
One of the beautiful sights I've seen in Japan! An endless row of Sakura.
