In 80 seconds the glass elevator will take you up from the ground to the 52nd floor of this skyscraper. There you'll find a lovely observation deck with 360 degree views of Osaka. The best time to visit is at sunset or later, when the streets and buildings below have lit up. The effect of the lights is hypnotizing. The building itself stands on a little island removed from the mainland, which means the crowd here is much thinner than on other observation towers around Osaka.
