Universal Citywalk Osaka - Review
This shopping complex just outside of Universal Studios Japan's gate is not very large, so it's worth a quick look. There are around 58 shop selling quirky merchandise. There are gourmet restaurants, including the Takoyaki Museum. The building also has a hotel and a cinema complex. Street performers are nearly always camped out in front of the mall.

Universal Citywalk Osaka, Osaka Reviews
Many shops that provide tourist souvenirs and also some Japan restaurant that serve local food but too many western influance. Park or something for taking a rest could be better..
Nice retail and restaurant area leading up to universal studios Japan. Lots of tourists and tourist stuff. With a nice mix of Japanese restaurants along with many typical American chain restaurants. 3 levels of restaurants and souvenirs - sure to find something for everyone.
Great for the evenings after a long day at Universal Studios. Whatever you fancy to eat you will find it here, or there are two Lawsons to grab quick food to take up to your room. All in all very convenient!
City Walk is a truly fun and divine place in Universal Studios. It is American themed, with light up signs, such as Coca Cola, Bubba Gump, and many other pop pictures. There are very nice staff, and it is very easy here to find very good food. In this period of time, there is a whole area dedicated to Takoyaki, the Japanese squid balls. It is a very nice shopping place, but you mostly will find food here, not really department stores or shopping malls. City Walk is also close to the train transit station, as well as Universal Studios, and it is situated in Universal city. Overall, nice food, nice people, and a very relaxed atmosphere!
One of the things I loved the most. The amount of restaurants and commerce gave it a different feeling, as if you're not in Japan
