  • They provided us with just the information we needed. Pretty organised. Token system to help visitors with queries. Pamphlets and maps available.

  • An outstanding information centre. All the staff and engaging and go out of there way to help you. When I was passing through I asked someone if he knew of any Metal record shops around. He went to the office upstairs to ask a colleague who did. I thought it was nice. There is also a 'What's on in Oslo' wall with all the events in the coming days. There are also free walking tours (in English) leaving from the tiger statue daily.

  • Not much information I could get if I didn't talk to staff. More recommendation and such on display would be appreciated.

  • Really helpful people. Gave us all info required and more. Absolutely must visit if you are in Oslo and want experts view of things. So many info material and brochures. Do take Oslo pass if you wanna do a museum day.

  • I wanted to visit Larkollen, a small place on the Oslo Fjord, off the tourist track. The person who helped us at the Oslo Vistor Centre was extremely helpful and checked the bus route and booked tickets on the bus. Thank you very much indeed!
