Coconut Lagoon, Ottawa Reviews
We are soooo happy that Ottawa has a place like the Coconut Lagoon. Every time we go here, we love our food. I don't think there's anything on the menu that isn't wonderful. We had the duck curry and it was rich and peppery and flavorful. We also enjoyed the variety plate although I can't remember what it's called. Staff are very attentive. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.
If you haven't been yet, you really have to. Now a world-renowned chef! The lunch buffets are especially great (especially on Sundays with the dosas!). Definitely one of the best south Indian restaurants out there.
Great Indian cuisine with delicious and generously sized curries. Good place for family style sharing. This is probably the only Indian restaurant in Ottawa that looks modern and clean and service top quality food. Parking available on side of building just off st-Laurent.
A must try Indian restaurant. Food is amazing. You sit a bit tight and it could be a bit loud. However, food and service are great. Definitely will come back!
This place smells so freakin' amazing! Everything we've had has been excellent: fragrant, delicious, beautiful, and satisfying. The staff are really thoughtful and non-intrusive. Highly recommended!
