  • We had a fantastic dinner at Coconut Lagoon! We made a reservation for 6 people and but found out once we arrived at the restaurant that another 2 people would be joining us for my husband's birthday dinner. The servers were very accommodating and managed to push another table to ours in order to make space for our new arrivals. Much appreciated! Between the 8 of us we were able to try many dishes from both the appetizer and the entree menus and ALL of them were delicious. The lamb appetizer was outstanding! The servers were friendly and attentive as well. We will definitely be back!

  • Just wanted to write a review to say how kind and attentive the owner (I assume) was. He gave recommendations for spice level, was attentive to dietary restrictions, told us great stories about authentic Indian food, and even gave us a sample mango smoothie after we had paid the bill! It's very hard to find someone so passionate and interactive with customers in restaurants. You could just tell he cared and was passionate about the food and culture and I really respected that. Many vegan options too!

  • Came here for the lunch buffet. Arrived around noon, and there was about a 45 minute wait. I ended up joining a couple in line ahead of me and we sat together at a table for 4. There was a good selection of food, and everything I tried was tasty. The service was slow, but understandable given it was incredibly busy, they were overwhelmed. Overall, this was a great option if you're in the east end, I'd highly recommend it.

  • Fantastic Indian Cuisine Great place for Date night wit the significant other. Good service and excellent selection of Indian dishes. It can be a bit busy at prime time (dinner on weekends), so I recommend coming here slightly earlier or later.

  • Walked in on a Saturday with no reservation. They were able to seat us within 30 minutes even though it was very busy. Staff were great and the food was fantastic. Would recommend the vindaloo to anyone. Next time I will make a reservation for sure.
