  • We had a group of about 10 rooms and we all enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location and is staffed with very friendly and helpful people. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. We made good use of the swimming pool and gym too! The only request I would have for next time is if our group rooms could be situated closer together in one section that would have made it even better :) We would definitely book at Novotel Ottawa again!

  • Great location to down town shopping mall and farmers market. Staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating with all needs. Rooms were great, very clean. Housekeeping called our room to check if we wanted turn down service as we put the do not disturbed on door. Great customer service. Parking garage in hotel makes things quick and easy for travel. The restaurant in the hotel itself was great, good food with friendly staff but the main dishes were a bit over priced. $22-32 is the average price per main. Great hotel overall will stay here again.

  • It was comfortable almost homey and everyone was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! Had a wonderful meal and late night snack. It was a short visit to Ottawa but we had a nice time and the hotel made it effortless both in checking in and checking out! Thanks for a lovely although brief experience.

  • Good business hotel. Rooms are well equipped with free WiFi, safes and small fridges as well as SMART TVs. Parking is an issue because parking garage is shared with Suites Hotel next door. Pool and hot tub are also shared with Suites Hotel and are often filled with children. Location is excellent for shopping, dining and attractions and some meeting space is offered as well. Good hotel overall based on the location. Common areas could use more cleaning.

  • The hotel room was clean, super new and swanky. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had (and I travel a lot worldwide.) The pastries tasted fresh like Paris. The restaurant menu had fancy descriptions which made it hard for me to understand if I would like what I order. But it was spectacular. Our male waiter was attentive. The lady that seemed to be in charge seemed a little annoyed that we just being 2 people messed up her table arrangements (place was empty though.) Again, get the breakfast bufffet.. stayed 3 days, same greatness each day. Service the best ever!
