I & M Canal Toll Collectors House is one of the best historical landmarks in the Ottawa town. It boasts to be the last standing I & M Canal toll house. The toll house supposedly dates back to 1849. The 16X24 feet house has a rope bed, a toll log book, and photographs that give you a glimpse of the Lincoln era.
