Located around 10 kilometers from Panchmarhi, Dhoopgarh is the highest point in the Satpura Range. The mount has an elevation of 4429 feet and has a Sunset Point that is a popular attraction for tourists and locals alike.

  • Highest point of Madhya Pradesh. There are separate view points for sunrise & sunset views. Need to obtain permit from forest Deptt ( from Bison Lodge ) to visit this place. A must see in Panchmarhi

  • This is the highest point of the central India ( Madhya Pradesh , Chhattisgarh, Odisha).It comes under the Satpura range of mountains and plateau .The veiw from here is amazing.From Eastern side of Dhoopgarh peak , Panchmari is visible and from western side Tawa river reservoir can be enjoyed. A colonial small structure is there which is now under control of MP forest department. Must visit place for panchmari tour.
