The Red River Valley Fair Association in Cass County hosts wonderful exhibitions, concerts, fairs throughout the year and rents space for camping and vehicle storage during the winter season. From the Food Vendors, you can get cheese, curds, pickles, funnel cakes, corn dog as well as authentic Indian, Italian and Mexican food. There are varying spaces for the outdoor vendors while the indoor vendors can sell their products at the Hartl Building. Canned jam and jelly, homemade muffins and cakes, fine art and ceramic items, paintings, woodworks, flowers, needlework, crochets, knitted items, handcrafted beers, fresh fruits and vegetables and captured photographs are on display in over nine hundred booths in the Big Iron Farm Show.
