The city of page was founded in the year 1957 by the workers working to build in the Glen Canyon Dam near the Lake Powell. The state is best known for some of the most delightful landscapes here. If you are rafting on a hot and sunny day in the Colorado River, the chilled splashes of water will feel amazing. For the rafting trips, you will find a couple of local companies, the Wilderness Raft Adventures and the Colorado River Discovery. The trips are very safe and you will be able to check historical structures, orchards, and Vermillion Cliffs during your ride. Some of the best barbecues in Page can be found here like pulled pork, beef brisket, beans, baby back ribs, potato salad, and the cole slaw. The restaurant opens every day at 11 AM and closes at 9 PM.
