The climate in Pamplona is usually definitely as oceanic with influence of Mediterranean climate. Though the amount of rainfall doesn’t vary much throughout the year, still four seasons can be distinctly identified.  

• Spring: March to May experience spring season. The temperature stays around 30 degree Celsius and the climate is dry due to less amount of rainfall. If you are visiting Pamplona for the first time, then spring season can be considered.
• Summer: June to September is said to experience summer season. the temperature in this season is extremely high ranging upto 40 degree Celsius, especially in August. While at nigh the temperature do fall. If you are travelling in this season, remember to carry a hat, suncrean lotion and light clothes to bear the heat during day hours. However, this off-season is perfect to explore Pamplona without the disturbance of tourist crowd.
• Autumn: October to November is said to experience autumn season. The temperature do fall down to 27 degree Celsius making the day hours cooler and bearable. Like spring, autumn has also turned into a peak season to visit Pamplona.
• Winter: December to February is the winter season for Pamplona. However, rainfall do happen in this season making the weather too cool to bear.

Hence, spring and autumn are the best time to visit Pamplona. Otherwise, if you can bear the heat, summer is also an ideal time of the year to visit Pamplona.
