Sinquerim Beach - Review

The Sinquerim Beach is a village in North Goa that hosts a slightly lesser known beach called the Sinquerim beach. It isn’t as popular as the Baga and Calangute beaches but it definitely attracts a steady crowd all throughout the year. The beach has an interesting access route through the palm trees.

Like all Goa beaches there are several shacks and shanty’s along the shoreline for all your refreshment needs. The beach does sometimes get pretty crowded but it isn’t too difficult to find a place to play in the water making it a really good option. Hence, enjoying water sports like water-skiing, para-sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing are possible when you are in Sinquerim Beach.

As the Fort Aguada, which is a tourist magnet of sorts, is also on this beach. And being the venue for the famous Sunburn festival (the largest music festival in Asia), it makes the beach quite popular with the tourists.

Sinquerim Beach, Panaji Reviews

  • One among great beaches of Goa. Beauty of sand and water attract in such way that you can spend full day here. Beach is neat and clean. Can enjoy bath in water or can take rest on sand. Also view from view point is superb. Cool wind from ocean side get it felt amazing experience. Waves remains not so high, and also slope is less, so taking bath is easy which attracts sea lovers.

  • Amazing beach very underrated. Picturesque views and very clean. It is right next to the fort . A Nice breeze blows across this beach and tall coconut trees sway in the wind. A nice beach for a romantic Getaway

  • Brilliant view of Arabian Sea from the Sinquerim fort. Strongly recommended for sunset from here. It's very nice and relaxing. It is usually less crowded than candolim beach and cheaper water sports. This is having negligible parking place area. So if you are planning to come via car. You have to park on the road itself. Check out latest photos.

  • Excellent beach. Beautiful views. A small road leads to the point from where you have to walk down to reach the beach. Parking is not that big. Ideal for 2 wheelers though. Beach is quite long and has Taj Village resort right next to it. Also has a view point. Must visit. Serene and beautiful.

  • This is one of the less travelled beaches in Goa.. it's a very beautiful beach... People will love this beach.. Better opt 2 wheeler to reach this place because parking area is not there..
