Oaks by the Bay Park is a scenic waterfront park that is located at the south end of Beck Avenue in the St. Andrews area of Panama City. Spread over 5 acres, this park overlooks the beautiful St. Andrews Bay. The majestic oak trees here provide shade from the sun, making this park a great place to relax at. This park is also home to perhaps the only 4-headed palm tree in the world. Apart from this, the park also has a bay view, a gazebo, and an observation platform where you can see the boats sail in the bay.
