Best location beside everything. Staff are great, clean but very small room. Bathroom is super clean. Expensive but because I compare it with value I usually pay worldwide not a fan of Paris
Good hotel. Excellent location. Small grocery shopping close by and restaurants as well.
Great hotel, excellent location, I've been returning to this hotel every time possible for the past 5 years and since the hotel renovation last year it's even better.
Very well located hotel, a couple blocks from the Arc d' Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. The hotel overall is nice. The room was nice. The only thing that needs to be improved is the plumbing. It is not properly insulated so you can hear toilets flushing or water going down the drain. This is minor but just a note for improvement.
My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and let me tell you, it was quite a ride. Apart from run-down rooms that are in dire need of a renovation and very limited breakfast, the biggest issue is the unfriendly and rude hotel staff. My friend and I arrived at the hotel separately and the reservation was made under his name, but he had previously informed the reception that I would be the one who would be arriving first. Immediately upon arrival, I was told that I could not actually check into the room and it took ten minutes of arguing to get the key. The receptionist then threatened she would lock me out of my room if my friend didn’t arrive later that day. Just a couple of minutes after moving into the hotel room, the cleaning lady entered the room unannounced to put something in the minibar. The same happened again later during our stay. When my friend eventually arrived, he asked for an additional room key as there’s two of us. How this could have been an issue for the reception still boggles my mind, but they wouldn’t give him one, because „other guests usually lose them“. After that he was told to "just go away". The thrill ride continued during check-out when the receptionist wanted to charge my friend for drinking something from the minibar, even though he hadn’t actually done that. When he told her so, she got upset and called the cleaning staff, who confirmed his story. Even so, her attitude didn’t change and she claimed he had replaced the water bottle with a different one, which was also untrue. Her goodbye was „Don’t pay me anything,“ and (you guessed it) „just GO NOW!“ I arrived at reception minutes after their pleasant exchange and the receptionist was still upset, gossiping with her colleague about how „INCROYABLE“ the two of us were. She then showed me a photo of my friend’s suit hung up on the TV stand, telling me off for putting it there. I was of course more than thrilled that the staff was taking photos of our room during our stay. To conclude - what is INCROYABLE is this hotel’s staff’s attitude. I would not stay here again and, unless you like getting yelled at for no apparent reason, I highly suggest you don’t either. If you’ve already booked a stay however, be sure to arrange the stuff in your room in a creative way, so the staff’s photos turn out great.
