Bois De Boulogne, Paris Reviews - Write a Review
Super big. Good to relax. You always gonna find a place you never been
A beautiful and huge woodland in the heart of Paris - Nature - many species of flowers, trees and other plants, lakes, ducks, geese, swans, resident dogs, garden benches, rowing boats, bars, snack bars and restaurants, people using their bicycles etc. Usually one finds parking spaces with ease in the streets, in the busy avenues is more difficult. Do not expect a friendly reception by the French, French are very boring, unfriendly, they work as if they were making a huge sacrifice and an overwhelming favor to you. Take with you potable water and snack, food and water in France cost the price of gold. Attention families: there are regions used by prostitution in vehicles parked along some stretches of avenues and access streets.
Huge park a little outside city center. Good for cycling and running. For sightseeing it's a little off the main places so not fully worth it
Beautiful green spot with good connections with the city. Avoid going there alone in the evening, we came across some strange characters.
A very nice park to walk or run in, unfortunately criss-crossed by many roads often full of cars - people commute... IMHO they ought to do something about the latter.
