The best is location: 2 minutes from metro station st Lazare which has lots of lines to get you everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by, and walking distance to several attractions. The room I stayed was clean but small, with two single beds side by side and pillows that were just fine. Shower didn't have a curtain although it wasn't an issue in the end. You cannot ask much more for the price considering the location.
Small rooms, look old and very basic. The service is bad the helpdesk doesn't answer the phone when you call them from the room.
Hotel room is disgusting. Stains and hair in the sheets. Everything is dingy and rundown. Carpet not cleaned well...went to plug in my charger and noticed all the built up dust and hairs in the carpet. No ventilation. No air conditioning. No fridge in the room. I stayed here as a last resort because everything was booked during a busy week of fashion events. 260euros a night (breakfast EXLCUDED) for COMPLETE TRASH.
Nothing grand about it other than the name. Very poor overall for its price. They took my own sheets cause they misstook them for theirs and lost them, denied to compansate and told me the manager was on holiday. So not only poor quality but illegal as well. Dont stay there even if someone pays it for you.
Room is small. But comfortable bads.
