The La Defense is a major business area close to Paris, in France, with an area of 560 hectares of territory, with 72 glass and steel edifices and high rises.     Not really much to do here if you come to see a modern Paris. It is not as modern as London business district.

  • Nice place and melting pot. Redesigned few years ago. You can find many things: foods, wears, ... But the place is less expensive than other places but it is not cheap. You can find different level of quality depending on what you’re looking for. The train station is a crossroads for many travelers. It’s a connection to many places. In case of traffic issue La Défense handles the crowd better than other stations like st Lazare. You can either take the bus, the train, the tram or the RER.
