  • Best restaurant i ate in paris !!loved everything about it !

  • Warm, cosy local run by affable host. Service was slow at first, but lightning fast once we had ordered our meal. Food very French, very nice.

  • Such a friendly warm restaurant with delicious food and locals who come and interact with the tables around them. A fantastic place!

  • Great food and a wonderfully helpful owner. Interesting local clientele.

  • Affordable romance in Paris. Me and my girlfriend ate here twice during our trip and chose different meals on each visit, so I had the privilege of trying four different entrées and there wasn't one that I did not enjoy. I was able to try the chicken, steak, and fish and all meals where very tasty, our favorite being the steak with pepper cream sauce, which we both agreed was the best throughout our travels in Europe. The wine selection was adequate. Everything was reasonably priced. The ambiance of the restaurant was very cozy. One small, simple candle lit on the table. Original art displayed on the stone, brick walls. The owner showed great hospitality, offering to take our picture without us asking, compromising with side selections, making sure everything was to our liking. The restaurant had just come out with an English menu. It needs some work but at least you'll have some idea as to what your ordering if you don't know the French language. Overall, great dining experience. We both left Paris feeling that we had our own, "special little dining spot".
