Stopped for ice cream and sorbet. Great stuff and good service. Friendly directions as well. Just a couple of stores from Bon Marche.
The rue du Bac in St Germain has some of the best chocolatiers, patisseries and of course, ice cream shops. Our favorite is le Bac à Glaces, right behind the Bon Marché. Some innovative and classic flavors include avocado, goat cheese and figs, bitter chocolate, espresso, and honey.
Cute spot for crepes
Un vue de la belle vie de la 20e siecle. Et des bonnes thés et crèpes. A lovely shop that looks like it has not changed since the Eiffel tower was being built. A great place for a hot tea, a cold ice cream, or crepes - depending on the weather. Other artisan shops nearby make Rue Bac a hidden treat for tourists.
