  • I cook my own souffles at home... So I can recognize good ones. These don't taste so good (I think they're too floppy). Souffle is a simple recipe that you can do yourself at home (same ingredients as pancakes), you don't need to go to the restaurant for that... And my gosh, the bill is expensive !! A restaurant for tourists, but not for "gourmets".

  • Very good food. There were lots of locals enjoying the food. Service was attentive. I would recommend it.

  • Absolutely incredible! One of the best meals I had while in Paris. Great staff, great service, and quality of food was magnificent. Definitely recommended!

  • Honestly can't say I have had many Soufflés in my life, but this was very good. We were lucky enough that they had a table open while it was quite busy. Thought about the lunch special but just got onion soup, escargot, and two of the soufflés and it was a lot of food. The staff was very helpful in helping us decide.

  • Perfect. Period. Staff was amazing every time we ate there. The standards are just great. The more recent additions like the Haddock and Artichoke and the Pear and Bleu Cheese were gourmet fabulous. The boeff bourguignon is in the words of my wife "to die for". Full selection of the French standards for those who might want to vary a souffle routine...but I have no idea why? The chocolate desert souffle's bring a tear to your eye they are so amazing. Great wine list and cocktail menu. If you don't eat here at least during your visit to town, you have blown it big time. We only wish we lived less than thousands of miles away. Make a reservation; they fill up quick here. Best meal we had in Paris in the last 2 trips there. Can't wait for a third if there is one.
