Odéon Theatre with its impressive building in the 6th arrondissement is an important part of theatres in Paris. It was built in the 1780s and was majorly influenced by neoclassical architecture. Even though it was originally established for the Comédie Française, it has always been used for the theater. The original structure was reconstructed in 1808 but was burnt down after a decade.
