Spanning across a vast area of 36 acres, the Paris Zoological Park opened in 1934 and is devoted to animal behavior observation in an appropriate environment. The zoological park is divided into five biozones namely Amazon-Guyana, Europe, Madagascar, Patagonia and Sahel-Sudan housing about 179 different species of animals. A greenhouse and a huge artificial rock complementing the stunning scenery of the park make significant points of interest at the park.
