World class cuisine. It is simple clean really well done in a charming environment. We had dinner the second night in Paris and went back the next night because it was just that good. We opted for the t-bone the first night and the duck the second night. One of the best restaurants I've been to in the last 3 years.
Delicious dinner in a small charming restaurant in old Paris style. 2 friends and I were welcomed by friendly staff who showed us our table in the cave. There are not many small tables, so we had to share ours with a couple of other customers. The service was fast,we had some good steaks and good wine. The meat is roasted at the fireplace on the ground floor, the next time I am going to heat at R&L I will try to get a table there instead of the cave. Good balance quality-price
This is a really fun place, lovely setting and a great experience (if you like steak). They cook the meet over an open fire and serve it without sauce or pretense - with ground pepper, mustard and salt. It sounds simple (and it is) but it's very well-prepared food and that's really what matters with steak. We had the foisgras as well which was excellent.
Wow, that was so good. I went by myself, sat on the bar - service was super friendly! And prices are reasonable - paid 35 Euros (+tip) for an amazing Escargot starter, a big unbelievable rib eye steak (take it medium rare!), and a glass of nice red wine. Thanks guys, I will definitely come back!
Went there with my family for dinner. Staff members were very friendly and attentive. Very small restaurant and it gets busy with full of people inside. The restaurant was really hot and no fresh air especially if you are seated down stairs. Good food with reasonable price but bit of wait for sure if you go in the night time. The red wine was too heavy as it was very warm. If you order your steak medium it comes with medium rare or nearly just rare.
