  • Bhutan Festival Tour: 11th-15th April, 2014 / 31st March – 4th April, 2015 – ParoTshechu – With traditional mask dances performed in the courtyard of the RinpungDzong or the ParoDzong, this is, along with the ThimphuTshechu, is amongst the most significant festivities in Bhutanese culture. The dancers are decked out in traditional attire and the stories depicted are generally moral vignettes, based on incidents from the life of the 9th century Nyingmapa teacher Padmasambhava and other saints.
