Tobin James Cellars, Paso Robles Reviews
Wonderful array of very good wines. The higher priced Blue Moon reserve wines are spectacular and worth the extra money. They have 3 rooms on site which can be paid for through your wine purchases. And best of all are the staff.
Great winery with generous pours. A saloon feel with a lot of people tasting. Great prices on bottles and membership. Unique gifts for all.
Fabulous wine and people. My boyfriend hurt his knee and they carried all of our bags up the stairs for us. Love the wine for the cost of the room! No one else does that!
Having been wine club members for years, my husband and I have visited Tobin James several times, and have stayed in the guesthouse when it has been available. You can read all of the other positive reviews but one thing I haven't seen yet is something that is key to Tobin James' success story. Customer service. I have seldom seen a business that understands that if your customers are 100% happy, they will be loyal customers for life. We had the pleasure of visiting Paso Robles again last weekend and stayed at the guesthouse. The rooms are set up with all that you need to be comfortable for your stay, but even then, sometimes things happen unexpectedly and something may not be perfect. Rest assured, there is no gamble in staying at Tobin James; everyone there will bend over backwards to ensure that you have the best possible stay during your time there. My husband and I will be wine club members there for as long as we can tip a glass of wine to our lips! Honestly, thanks so much to all of you at Tobin; you made our weekend the best it could possibly be with your understanding and generosity. We are appreciative beyond words. Cheers!
I am so happy this was our last stop in our wine tour bachelorette party. Not only was this place the most fun, it had a variety of delicious affordable wine, and we were helped out by Justin who added so much to the experience. the ambiance was so inviting and friendly. it was well laid out with plenty of room for tasting and space to mingle with all the ladies. Justin started us off by taking time with each of us to figure out which wines we would most like, and giving everyone great recommendations. He really knew what he was talking about. It was so fun to have such an engaging host that went along with our bachelorette games and even suggested a great wine that everyone enjoyed. There were spaces outside to enjoy our wine onsite and gave us great backgrounds for all our pictures. Definitely worth it!
