Restaurant is well decorated, adjacent to famous La Baguette. We were giving a warm welcome by trained staff. Menu is variety, including Thai dishes. Our focus, the food is nothing special. We don't impress by the ingredient nor the taste. Especially the hamburger is very disappointing. Meat was not juicy, dry and overcooked. Lastly, considering the experience we had, price is slightly overcharged and i gave three stars for this average restaurant.
When we order the waiter forgot to serve drink we waited 25 minutes for drink and starters. The food looks good but the service could be better for this type of french cousine.when we got the food after 45 minutes .for just 2 eggs and some salami . And a rice with pork . We were dissapointed with the quality . Taste blend . You could find way better for a cheaper price . The nice thing i could say ia the after everything the manager say he is sorry and reduced the price for the bill for their mistake with our order and drinks . I would not come back here anytime soon .
One of my family favorites . I tried many different dishes and almost always very good . I enjoy late lunch on a Sunday because restaurant not busy that time . You can't go wrong here ....and yes , the grilled chicken is awesome
I am staying at the Woodlands resort and the restaurant "La Ferme" is well advertised on their website to be one of their restaurant and reading the reviews I wanted to try for myself. I had diner on my first night, was tired after a long flight and decided to go for a main dish "the famous roasted chicken". First I wanted to make sure I could put my meal on my main hotel bill...but guess what..No you can't?? I have travel the world and first time ever that a restaurant part of an hotel would not allow me to put it on my room..so if you stay at Woodlands resort make sure you have plenty of cash or a credit card. Now let's talk about the "Chicken"... well I think their chef needs some culinary lessons...the chicken is supposed to be roasted..right? The skin tasted like the chicken had been boiled...white..no colour...the chicken itself was absolutely tasteless. Also I ordered the half chicken and would have expected no less, however all I got was a bit of breast and the wing...the chicken leg had all disappeared. Hollandaise sauce served on the side had far too much vinegar in it and for the "Tarragon" forget about it. Now for the fries served on the side...no better than fries you would get at a McDonald's..and I was able to count them all on the 10 fingers of my hands...yes that's right..just about 10 fries fighting each other in a small bowl..how pathetic. I have myself worked in some of the best restaurants in the UK and I really don't like to criticise but common.."La ferme" sort it out. As for the prices..for what you get, no sorry. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this restaurant at all, regrettable as I was expecting so much from it. Thanks for reading.
One of the best brunches in Pattaya. (Just because we are outside of Bangkok, dont automatically expect that prices will be lower, though). Next door at La Baguette is the cafe/dessert stop, while La Ferme is the savory side.
