Nong Nooch Botanical Gardens - Review
The Nong Nooch Botanical garden is a beautiful park in Pattaya. The gardens have a huge variety of exhibits and beautiful exotic flowers from all over the world that attract an array of insect and birdlife as well. The famous 'Thai Cultural and Elephant' shows are perhaps the star attraction of this place. You can catch one while you are here and also buy souvenirs but the real thing of beauty is the wonderful garden around it.
A stroll down the park will bring you face to face with several butterflies and birds flitting amongst the pretty flowers and plants. The gardens have been elaborately landscaped and there are a lot of different and unique sections. There is a European styled garden with pretty sculptures that adorn it. There is a vibrant umbrella garden. The French garden and butterfly gardens are also very captivating. Do not forget to check out the orchids which Thailand is famous for. Within the garden, you will find a floating lake with beautiful landscaped plants. There is also a very interesting section which houses terracotta pots that have been used to make a variety of plant shapes. The structures and pathways are very picturesque and you are sure to enjoy a walk here with a loved one. Being pristinely manicured, the gardens are an awesome photo spot.

Nong Nooch Botanical Gardens, Pattaya Reviews
The elephant and cultural shows are very good and the high production value and staff efforts were very apparent. The garden also looks good. But the foods here is absolutely horrible, if not overpriced. This sours the mood completely after the first impression I get from watching their shows. If it weren't for that, I'd have no problem giving this place a 5/5 rating. DO NOT, under any circumstances buy the foods here.
This is a perfect place to visit but make sure you get the right package for every entertainment/show you need to see otherwise required payment. It's an all day activity with buffet lunch and 2 sets of buffet depends how much you pay. The good buffet lunch is International not Asian buffet because not so much you can eat due to mixed of Muslim/ Vegan food. What I love here is the Tiger picture taking which not included to our package you need to pay for that same thing for the Elephant if you like to be lift up. Lastly its so hot you've no time to roam around to this huge place so you need to ride the shuttle bus STILL not free.. you need to pay 120baht for each. You can buy personal souvenirs and a lot of drinks due to weather. If you like to see all you need to walk , climb to reach to the top. Kids will love this between 7years old up. Highly Recommended To Visit!!
An absolutely wonderful place to visit. Extensive gardens beautifully arranged that you can wander around at your leisure. Although the place may appear busy it is so vast that you never feel one of a crowd. Towards the end of the attraction there are shops, eating facilities, a theatre where you can see an excellent dance show and an elephant show where you can get close to the animals. Clearly the elephants are very well cared for. The only downside was the live tiger you could pet at the entrance to the attraction. This looked very lethargic! Overall well worth a visit!
If you come from tropical country like me, then this place is nothing to write home about. Yes, the garden is super nice, colorful, and with good ambiance. But, visiting it on a sunny day, it was super hot as well. Do not forget to watch cabaret and elephant show. They're both indoors.
A spectacular man made place of nature. A lot of unique structures using mud pots and the garden was beautiful. They had a show or drama in a theatre that was really good and bright and beautiful costumes to go along with it. A good place to take young children as they have a lot of different animal models all over the place. You need to take a days time to take in all that this place has to offer.
