  • Sikkim is a place of hill station. Singshore Bridge is nothing exceptional. The view from the bridge is awesome and road is decently maintained on the bridge. So a feel good place

  • My views can be termed as inclined, as I am a Civil Structural engineer and with that angle, I simply loved this suspension bridge.. The detailing, the execution is simply great.. Apart from Civil engineering aspect, the bridge looks fantastic.. We heard that this is the tallest bridge in Asia. (dont know if this is true and still valid), but the bridge deck indeed is very high..the views from this bridge are great..

  • Singshore Bridge, with an height of over 100 m and 240 m in length, is the highest bridge in Sikkim and the second highest bridge in Asia. It is truly a man made marvel that offers the spectacular baseview of immense greenery that makes it difficult to distinguish between the lowlands and the mountains. You can feel the thrill when you are standing in the middle of the bridge and the strong wind blows. The river flowing through the uneven rocks seems breathtaking along with the effusive sound of the waterfalls. It is one among the oldest bridge that connects two hills and shortens the travel time as well as the distance for the trekkers. This engineers triumph is certainly one of the most popular tourist destination in Sikkim.

  • If you are interested in engineering marvel, then this is thr place to be. The bridge is built on a deep gorge. Being a hanging bridge, take a walk on it, and feel the vibrations as a car passes you. On the other side the road goes to a quaint village called Uttarey. A cup of tea on either side of the bridge would be a wonderful experience.

  • Scenic place. Two streamlets flowing down the bridge. Ground is at least a kilometer deep from the bridge level. The bridge is surrounded by dense hilly forest. Take caution while on the edge. Overall good vibe Al around.
