The front counter staff was prompt and polite. Room was fresh clean, brand new appliances, with great AC. Beds are so cushy and comfortable. Tried the pool- it was nice. Pretty clean for a public pool!! The room cleaning staff came later than we expected, but took care of our exact needs with a smile. Overall one of the better experiences I've had in a hotel.
We love the La Quintas. They are conveniently located all over the US. Their rewards system is pretty awesome too. And the best thing id their dog policy! We loved our stay. It was actually our free night. Will surely recommend to all my friends!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location with a Denny's in the same parking lot and two gas stations. Bed was good. Sheets and towels, as well as the room, were clean. Slight odor as I think someone smoked in a non-smoking room. Served our purpose for this visit and wouldn't heistate to return.
Staff was very helpful and polite. Location is great. Now the bad, If you want a clean, good smelling place to lay your head and relax, this is not the place. In all honesty I'm quite surprised that this hotel rates 2 stars. The room I was put in smells so bad almost as if there is a mildew smell in the carpet. Also it clearly states that it is a non-smoking room but you can smell that someone has been smoking in here. Luckily, by no fault of my own, my trip was cut short here. spend a few extra dollars and make yourself comfortable.
Very old hotel or the lack of upkeep makes it appear old. Our room door would not latch upon us closing it. We had to twist the handle from the inside every time we wanted the door to close. If mold and mildew is not an issue than a cosmetic remodel would suffice to make the appearance of possible mold and mildew disappear. New carpet is needed. The reason I feel that all of this is a factor to my ratings is because we paid $130 a night and the room wasn't worth that amount, granted we stayed there for the 4th of July weekend. Nevertheless, I don't believe the room or the location was worth the price. Positives: great staff, great WiFi, and it was unusually quiet to say it was possibly a full house. Would I stay here again, only if it was the last resort and I wasn't paying...
