Citizens Bank Park Reviews & Ratings
The parking was easy to access and friendly parking attendants. Ballpark staff was extremely helpful, informed, and courteous. Vary easy to navigate the stadium. Any view in the park is a wonderful view of the field. You can still bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages (non glass) in small cooler bags (check stadium website for size limits). Very enjoyable game. Plenty of bathrooms, which we clean.
In spite of our teams lost last night we had an incredible experience at Citizens Bank Park. The staff at the park are engaging and fun especially if you have kids. From the time you line up for security to your exiting the park; notwithstanding a loss by our team, from security to the hot dog vendors your treated as part of the clubs family. Keep up the incredible job all. Thanks again.
The park itself is okay. Nothing spectacular, though the view of the city was lovely. Food was nothing to write home about and the main concourse area seemed cramped and dark even in the early evening. The crowd of 31332 "fans" was loudest when Booing and did they find a lot to Boo about! Overall it was an enjoyable ballpark experience, but I don't feel the need to visit again.
I had a wonderful experience. The parking was easy to get into, the lots were clean and there were plenty of portable bathrooms available. Including handicap accessible ones. The ball park staff was extremely helpful, informed, and courteous. Our seats were in section 209. We had a great view of the game. I don't think there's a bad seat in the park. My only complaint is that I wish the seats were a bit wider, and there was a bit more leg room. Getting out of the parking lot was an adventure, but I suspect some of the trouble might have been caused by the rock concert that was letting out at the same time. All in all, it was an completely enjoyable experience.
Let me start by saying that I've traveled to numerous ballparks across the country and will base my ratings against T-Mobile park... home of the Seattle Mariners as it's been by far the best park I've ever seen a game. This ballpark had great seats to see a game. Was able to try out several areas and didn't find a bad seat. The food was ok at best but was outrageously priced and a tasted a little old. They don't seem to regulate the alcohol consumption as I encountered many who had obviously consumed a bit too much. They were staggering and could barely string their profanity laced words into anything resembling a complete sentence. There were a few employees who were there to help fans have a pleasant visit... one worked the ticket office and another the fan assistance station... other than those 2 employees the rest were there for the paycheck. Unfortunately, they only have one area to keep up with the game and unless your seats are behind homepage home plate you'll have trouble seeing it. The rest of the signage in the ballpark are there for advertisement I'll post 3 stars instead of 2 since the game was really good.
