Visit this place for the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology alone even if you’re seeing nothing else – the mummies, sphinx and sarcophagi are all good crowd pullers. Established by Benjamin Franklin, the University and its beautiful campus abound with sights and activities Visit the library, the bookstore the theatre, the science centre, the vet school; take in the pretty pathways, beautiful statues and gardens; and interact with the many students that are usually eager to show people around their pride and joy. You can even sit in on the classes if you’re visiting – no need to make appointments; simply arrive early, let the professor know and take a seat. You can’t do this in summer though.
