  • Save your money and stay somewhere else. I can't believe I paid what I did to stay here. I thought being close to the airport would be a smart decision for an early flight but I will never make that mistake again, at least in Phoenix. The customer service is the one thing this hotel has going for it. Extremely nice ad thoughtful people, simply a terrible hotel. I would love for Hilton VP's to stay there and feel good about their brand name being attached this spot. The mood board for this location was probably, "K-Mart Clearance Isle Meets Sad Sales Man."

  • If you book two weeks in advance rooms range from $67 to $75 online. This price is more the value of these rooms. In contrast if you wait till a week from your travels you'll pay $150 to $180 a night. This price feels like you got robbed. I would never have stayed at such a dump for such a fortune. Hotels on the same street were $50 less. I thought about saving money but I figured the most expensive would hold it's value. Not true at this location. My advice book ahead otherwise stay at the Arizona Biltmore for a superior experience at the same cost.

  • The hotel facility itself is great, clean and lovely. However the staff service is horrible. Unhelpful, dismissive, and one just downright rude. The manager on duty to lazy to come out of his office, the young lady at the desk has no business being in the hospitality business. The young man trying to help me at the front desk was nice and trying to help, but after 4 trips to his managers office I think he was finally given permission to apologize. If you like to gamble that you will have a room, or that someone will lnow whats going on.this might be the place for you......

  • Hotel is very clean and staff very professional. But pool & jacuzzi could be bigger and seems to be located in the wrong place. The pool and jacuzzi are in in front of the hotel next the car parking lot.! Perhaps it could have been in the back of the hotel in a more secluded area. But i will cut the hotel some slack, as seems to be for people on layovers or short term stays. Over a good hotel for what it's goal is. ( short term stays or layovers)

  • My stay there was very good and their breakfast was awesome. There was some delay with using the shuttle, the hot tub was full of debris. Other than that my stay was nice.
