This is a landmark building of the city that sits on top of a 100 ft high hillock and thus gives a spectacular view of the whole city that lies on its foothills. It was built in between 1929 and 1931 by an industrialist dealing mainly in chewing gums named William Wrigley Jr.

The beautiful architectural design of the mansion is a perfect blend of Spanish and Colonial architectural styles. The house has 24 rooms, 12 bathrooms and over a 15000 sq. ft area inside. Later in 1922, the whole mansion was bought by Geordie Hormel and he star5ted using it as a hotel, a place for meetings and conferences and a ceremony hall also. The mansion has been listed in the US Register of Historic Places also. It is above that a Phoenix Point of Pride also.
