Karon Temple Market - Review
This open-air Market is exactly like every other Open Air Market in Phuket. Basically you should avoid to the branded stuff and go for the local stuff. The products are all blatantly targeting tourists, from the swimsuits to the multi boxer shorts, cheap sunglasses, the sarongs, the cheap jewelry, and the souvenirs. The local stuff is of some serious interest. You can get carved soap bars, skin treatment products, and different kinds of cosmetics and of course you should definitely check out the food. There are a lot of different varieties of Thai street food here. You'll also find confections, fried insects, grilled meat, fruit shakes, and Northern Thai style sausages among other exotic dishes. Combine this with a trip to the actual temple. It's a nice atmospheric market with lots of local flavor and bustling energy.

Karon Temple Market, Phuket Reviews
This place was awesome. Yes it's hot but welcome to Thailand. Great prices on nice stuff. You can barter up to 50% off on average. Food was really good. This market is very bright and flashy and fun. We had a great time here.
The markets have changed considerably. Previously there has been music playing and a fabulous atmosphere created, now the stalls are much of the same. T shirts, jewellery, usual souvenirs. The temples are beautiful though, definitely worth a visit to see them alone.
Very interesting market which sells combination of food, clothing and souvenirs at reasonable prices. For muslims, the market sells halal food by muslims vendors living in the area. So this could be an option for you. Not sure if it's a daily market, but if I'm not wrong it's only like a weekend market. But you can check with the locals to verify.
Awesome place... The temple arena is very big and is maintained well and clean... The place is highly visited by tourists.
Medium sized market, usual merchandise, clothes, fruit soaps, green teas, food stands. Market is Inside the temple so it's quite appealing to the eyes. Nice market overall. Worth a visit
