Patong Boxing Stadium - Review

Other countries have boxing, various martial arts, fencing and the like, but Thailand has Muay Thai, also known as The Art of the Eight Limbs'. At this stadium, 3 nights a week, you get to see some of the greatest talent in this local martial arts fight it out in visceral battles. Organizers at the stadium pride themselves for not hosting staged fights. This is the real, brutal deal. The atmosphere on match nights is pretty intense. And while there will be plenty of opportunity for you to gamble on the outcome of the mattress, you should know gambling on fights is technically illegal in Thailand. The stadium can hold about 350 people and there are concessions in the form of popcorn and beer.

Patong Boxing Stadium, Phuket Reviews

  • Going to Patong Stadium was my first time seeing any Muay Thai matches in person. I had a great time and loved the experience of being a part of this visceral environment. The blood, the sweat, the cheers from the crowd and the various sights and sounds made it a sight to see and to be a part of. Definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Phuket.

  • Wonderfoul night of muay thai. The day after i took a private class....hard but awesome

  • Excellent fights. It was more than I expected. They Really know how to make you excited with music and they offer beer and french fries in case you are hungry. The fights were so real and eye catching. We arrived late around 10 so was just on time for the professional fights. But do arrive earlier as the good seats (ringside) were sold out after 10pm.

  • I have been involves in the sport of muay thai for over 10 years and hands down PSG has to be one of the best gyms i have stepped in from set up to trainers all just amazing quality 🙏🙏🙏

  • A great night out, very entertaining fights with multi national fighters. If you get VIP you're close enough to get a bit of sweat on you or blood splatter in my case 😅
