This museum’s attractions are very literal.  Making use of the artistic technique known as Trompe-l'œil (the trick of creating a 3D image on a 2D background), the museum is an exhibition of virtual and 3D paintings. It’s quite unlike any other attraction in all of Phuket. There are about 100 painted and sculpted scenes to check out, each more audacious than the last. The first room looks like a classic painting gallery, with recreations of works by Van Gogh, Munch, Leonardo Da Vinci among others. The other rooms are much stranger, with gigantic installations that seem to leap out from the walls at you. The most fun activity for visitors is to insert themselves into the painting and/or interact with it in some way.

  • A very calm place with lots of cool pictures and shades but the only problem is the fare 500 baht per person. If they would make their price as low as 100 baht people would be more attracted towards the museum.

  • This museum has A LOT of wall paintings and images created in such a way that from strategic viewpoints you can insert someone in an image and make the picture complete. If you are not afraid of touching that kid inside you, this place is awesome. If you are too old for "all that non-sense", well, this place IS non-sense. We had a fantastic 3 hours in the museum.

  • Expensive compared to other musea. The combination of strong white lights and a shiny coating on the paintings makes it hard to make good photos. Ok for a rainy day but not a must-see

  • A very great experience. A good outing for the whole family in Phuket. The photos speak for themself.

  • This place mainly caters to Facebook generation who would upload pics. There are plenty of 3D wall art where you can take funny pictures. 500 Bhat is entry fees is on higher side. However you might come during hot and sunny afternoon to enjoy aircon and take loads of Facebook treasure.
