This museum’s attractions are very literal.  Making use of the artistic technique known as Trompe-l'œil (the trick of creating a 3D image on a 2D background), the museum is an exhibition of virtual and 3D paintings. It’s quite unlike any other attraction in all of Phuket. There are about 100 painted and sculpted scenes to check out, each more audacious than the last. The first room looks like a classic painting gallery, with recreations of works by Van Gogh, Munch, Leonardo Da Vinci among others. The other rooms are much stranger, with gigantic installations that seem to leap out from the walls at you. The most fun activity for visitors is to insert themselves into the painting and/or interact with it in some way.

  • Very innovative and creative, but I missed some variety. I thought there would more "kinds" of illusions, but all but one in the end were just paitings on the walls and ground. However there are lots of different new and fun takes of classic paintings. I recommend at least a group of three people as some of the illusions require two persons and one person to take the photo.

  • A very different and entertaining experience. Shout out to the artists behind the paintings, they have a great imagination! You should probably be more than 2 people visiting together as many of the photos are better to shoot with more people in it.

  • Can take an array of pictures with optical illusions as effects. Great way to spend the afternoon with your family as can have plenty of fun doing animations to the illustrations. Place is air conditioned so can get away from the heat outside. Price is slightly higher for foreign tourists than locals. Would recommend this place to my friends.

  • We came here with our kids and had a great time. It really does trick the eye. There are photos beside each scene that give you ideas for how to stage your photo. It feels silly at first but once you see the photos at the end you totally get it! A must see if in Phuket!

  • What a creative place to have some fun. If u have time its a must do. You will have a lifetime of memories. Great fun for the entire family.
