  • Comfy beds, big room and shower. Gorgeous pool. Approx 15-20 min walk to beach. Good location. Friendly staff. Very steep hill up to hotel if you decide to go walking to town.

  • Nice staff and pool. The rooms are exactly not sea view as sea is far off from room balcony. Disappointed with our room view and no help from the staff for it.. not good luxury hotel..

  • Stayed here for 16 nights. Fairly decent for the price. I will say that the lift and breakfast area need a cooling system installed for extra comfort. The main doors to your rooms need some major attention. This is important to me as I'm a light sleeper. People coming & going at all hours of the day & night can be horribly noisy when the doors are constantly slamming down the corridors. The closer needs to be adjusted! If you need to rely on the free shuttle service to get to town during your stay, you will need to be attentively punctual on your booking times. If you book after 11am, you will get caught until 2pm. We had our motor scooter the entire stay but on rainy days this shuttle service can be handy - if your on the ball with what you want to do for that day!!!! Staff are helpful, the ladies on the front desk spoke reasonably good English. This is very appreciated. I don't usually stand-out one particularly good worker in any of my reviews but the carpark security attendant was the best! Everyday he was out there with a friendly salute as we were arriving & departing. Just put a smile on my face everytime!

  • Gd location, nice hotel but the steep road is a negative point.

  • Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, with a friend. Our hotel sea view top floor room was fantastic. Great night sleep on really comfortable beds, amazing view of Patong from the Balcony, shower and Entertainment was nice :)!! Hotel concierge and bell boys fantastic guys always had a laugh and a good chat :)!! Some of the girls on the counter were a bit so so but nice at the end of any conversation :). Hotel was on top of a big hill which was good walking up to each night after the seafood market across from Bangla stadium. Only down fall was the 3 elevators and 2 hall ways to get to the top most days you'd be cool and dry in the foyer and once you get to your roon you'd be drenched in Sweat.. also the elevator music gets to you if you listen to it to much lol Loved the hotel and everything about it, especially the character of it. The Big fault for this hotel was the buffet breakfast!!! Some stuff they had wasn't too bad.. very basic buffet. Also depending which chef was on, they would be frying an egg one at a time as if one per person haha.. (are eggs expensive). Loved eating eggs and salad in the morning, *But 3 days in a row when i got the salad i was lucky enough to get some long hairs intwined in it, returned twice of the 3 times to the waiters.. and they just had a blank look on their face like it was normal.. Had breakfast here 4 times mainly just for lack of time or convenience. P.S. tuks tuks are insane, seafood market has crazy tasty seafood, just try out a couple and see which ones your favourite and you got to try the sqaure Crepe :)!!!!
