Who is a magician? Is he a conjurer, an illusionist, a medium, a psychic, a seer or a mind reader? He is a person who has magic powers in stories, or who performs tricks for entertainment. Magicians explore the most intriguing magic words and phrases from around the world. Magic have stood the test of time, passed on from master to apprentice, generation through generation, to find expression on the modern stage and street. The words spoken are ancient, musical, poetic and full of mystique. Such is the show presented by Terry Evanswood combining grand illusions, close-up magic, and sleight of hand. Evanswood is a recipient of the Merlin Award.
Prepare to be astounded with a 75-minute magical variety show for all ages. Terry Evanswood combines comedy with magic. He asks the children in the audience to volunteer and participate in the music, songs and help out with the show. There are grand scale illusions, impersonations, classic sleight of hand and Houdini style escapes to bring the show to a truly professional level. Smoke machines, high quality lights and sounds are monitored by pretty assistants. The show imprints you with an earnest message of hope, and a reminder of the world of magic that we share and love.
One of the acts involve his assistant levitate on top of a fountain of water and then on light. To prove any doubt of wires or cables which may be elevating her, Terry passes a hoop around her body. Another mesmerising act is when Terry manages to switch places with one of his assistants and play one of Houdini’s great escapes.
Kids will enjoy the opportunity to meet the cast for autographs and photos immediately following the show. The quality of the performance, magic and everything else will make you want to come back more. And if that is not enough, there is a free museum on site. Meet the great magicians of yesteryear and read about the history of magic, see artefacts, costumes and props. Take pictures of the personal memorabilia from an amazing collection of magicians like Blackstone, Thurston and even the Great Houdini.

Terry Evanswood Presents The Wonders Of Magic Reviews & Ratings
This show was amazing, I sat front row tonight and even got to be apart of one of the final tricks. This show was the best I’ve seen in Pigeon Forge and honestly Terry is Great at what he does. SEE THIS SHOW, your family will love it.- Jacob
This is the best show in the Smokey’s! Entertaining for virtually ALL AGES. Good clean fun. Entertainment is flawlessly executed by Terry and his cast! We have been to the show many times over the years and always take our visiting guests to it. ALWAYS A HIT! And they ask to go again each time they come here!
Enjoyed the show. Terry was true performer and did a great job interacting with audience. The power went out with about thirty minutes left due to a storm but the refunded our money so I wasn’t even mad. Kids loved it.
Was our 3rd visit. Love his show. My wife was called on stage and at the end of the show, I was called on stage. For a magic lover such as myself, this made the most awesome time ever. Love the card tricks, especially the one where the song goes with the cards he places on the table and the card is changed in the audience volunteers hand. Thank you Terry and staff for a awesome show! Will be back next year, and we will be back again. Karl and Laura from Indiana!
My family and I attended the show after exploring the Wonderworks Museum. The magic was very fascinating, slight of hand was awesome! The ending was so incredible! The reason I can not give 5 stars: From the very beginning the assistants were barely clothed, and at one point into the show my 11 year old son and I just closed our eyes as the immodestly dressed assistances were awful!! I would have never thought this would be an issue in a family oriented museum. If we would have known this before hand, we would not have came to the magic show.
