Margo Dodd Park Reviews & Ratings

  • A nice little spot we stopped at along highway 1. There were a lot of pelicans on the rocks so a high chance to get some good photos if you are after that. Walked down the stairs to the water but there wasn't much more to it there.

  • We watched the sunset from down below on the rocks. Breath taking!!! I recommend this spot anyone that enjoys peaceful settings. The other people in the park/beach were very generous with sharing photo locations with one another.

  • You have to kind of go looking for this place. It's not obvious. Google get you there just fine. When the tide is low the tide pools are great. Check the tide chart before you go and try to go at low tide. But if you can't make it at low tide give it a try anyway. It's still a beautiful view.

  • If you are a family that likes to hike, than this area is for you. Enjoy a great walk to a rewarding area in a small cove area. The beach here is full of smooth rocks, so I would recommend beach (water) shoes for the walk on the small cove area. Many things for the kids explore and do in this area.

  • Nice scenic views. Cool fishy air. Just keep the little ones real close to you and away from cliff.
