  • Nice small place to see the sunset and hangout at the beach. There's some nice restaurants and shops in the area as well. The place does feel a little run down and dirty, but the people and vibe was nice! It'd be awesome with some updating. I'd recommend stopping by Splash Cafe nearby. Cracked Crab was amazing a few blocks down the street. Overall, highlight of Pismo Beach

  • Pismo itself is great. Pier is torn up right now. Parking used to be free. Now it isn't free which is a rip off but the beach is as beautiful as always. Good restaurants. Fun shopping.

  • How sad, just found out the Pier has been closed since March. Although, there is new construction repairing the weathered wood, piece by piece. There is also repairs and new construction in the vicinity. Can't wait to walk to the end and back. After the renovation it looks like September 2019 to be better than before, after close to 9 million $$.

  • It is still under construction, and will be for the next few months, but it is a very beautiful area and the picture that I took shows it off in the distance to the left. I love how far out Pismo Beach Pier extends out into the ocean.

  • Great shops and food shacks nearby. The beach is nice for people watching
