  • Pretty bad experience overall, but nice, empathetic staff. We checked in 30 min after the listed check in time and our room key was given to us, and the room looked like they hadn't begun cleaning from the last guest. 45 minutes later, our room was ready. Bathtub was not dripping, but fully running. Maintenance could not do anything, so we had to listen to running water all night. Not to mention to muffle the sound, the closed door made for a damp bathroom with the water running constantly.

  • The electric was faulty for one thing. Couldn’t charge my phone without the light switch being turned on, so I woke up not realizing my phone didn’t charge all night. The bathroom was not good. Very small, no fan, and the hot water wasn’t consistent. The worst part of all was that after staying there one night, I had a bunch of bug bites. That is disgusting and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I can’t believe the place was so horrible considering it was $135 a night. The only reason I didn’t give this a 1-star rating is because they did have a shuttle service for the Steeler game. I wouldn’t stay there again even if they charged $10 a night.

  • The staff was friendly. However the room was dirty and out dated. I asked for a non-smoking room but it smelled smoky. The tub was running the whole time I was there you couldn't shut it off. Only one lamp in the room worked. There's no Outlets to plug your phone into you have to unplug stuff on the power strip to plug your phone in. The tables in the breakfast area which only served toast waffles cereal and oatmeal were sticky and gross. Only thing nice about the hotel was the pool area.

  • This place is super sketchy to me. The whole place smells like an ashtray. However, it is super cheap and conveniently located right outside of the city.

  • We ended up needing a last minute place to stay for the night. We saw the reviews for the hotel and had a concern about other reviewers complaining about cleanliness. We went to front desk at about 1pm and asked if we could see room the attendant said they do not normally show rooms I said I just want to make sure it's clean...She assured me it would be ... We booked the room because she inspired confidence and were allowed to enter early. Everything was as promised, we were given the most AWESOME customer service by Maureen! She was the most welcoming considerate host I told her I'm a light sleeper and she booked my room away from the noise! The room, bed, and service were exceptional!
