First of all...fantastic desserts! Decent selecting of items on the menu. Large portions. Fast and friendly staff and service even when busy, which it frequently is. Located near other shops and retail locations and ample parking on the street and garages and its. Will return again.
I have never had a bad experience at this location until last week. We had issues at Ross Park, so started going to the South Side location. Our server was extremely nice, however when the food came, it was not as it should have been. I ordered the lettuce wraps, and have previously done so and received a great meal. This time, 1 had no chicken and the other 2 had a piece of chicken about 1". No avocado at all. The Manager, Terri, came over and when I told her of my displeasure, she started arguing with me. She told me they had guacamole not avocado. A quick glance at the menu would have proved her wrong. Rather than trying to correct the situation, she continued to argue with me. So I am out $9 for an awful meal which I did not eat, but it was a lesson in where to dine out in the future. It will NOT be at this location.
Never had a bad experience here. Every waitress we have ever had has been top notch. There may have been one time service was slow, but it was not our waitress's fault, and she was apologetic and accommodating to any need while we waited. My only complaint ever is one that happens at any Cheesecake Factory, and it's one that can't be helped because it's due to their restaurants being so yummy and popular--the wait to get a table is SO LONG. During the winter months it's especially hard at this location because the entrance area gets crowded since no one can wait outside. Maybe not as ideal for a date night due to the loudness (is that a word?) of the restaurant, but it doesn't stop my husband and I from making this our favorite date night destination.
Awesome atmosphere inside & out. Menu selection is alive with original & fresh dishes from Glamburgers, Pasta, Factory combinations and everything in between. They have something for everyone..Dessert are not just limited to their very large assortment of Cheesecakes.
The service was very good. Our server's name was Jennifer. I ordered the waffles and chicken Benedict. It came with poached eggs. It was good but the picture on line made it look twice the size it was. The hollandaise sauce was sweet. I didn't care for that.
