  • My wife and I went to the Melting Pot for our anniversary. It was the first time visiting their new location. When making our reservation, we included that it was our wedding anniversary. We were seated at a large booth with a glass divider between tables. Our neighbors that was sharing the booth, were loud and were taking videos and pictures. We explained to the waiter that it was our anniversary and would appreciate a more private table, which the restaurant was full of. They happily moved us. The table was better, but condensation from the overhead pipes dripped on me throughout the whole meal. The service and food were good. Our new waiter was very sweet and attentive. Personally, I liked the old location better. The atmosphere was more intimate and inviting at the old location. The new location is noisy and the loud music that played, was terrible.

  • Always a great experience. Food and staff is great. Also the new building is absolutely gorgeous and much brighter and more open inside than the last. I love to go here for special occasions ! Everyone has a good time.

  • The new location is great. Atmosphere is up to date and classy. Our waitress last night was the best! Very personable and explained everything to our table. All of the food was great too!

  • This restaurant was a romantic, fun, and tasty experience for me. The three course meal was extremely affordable -- especially considering everything it comes with. The cheese melt was fantastic, as was the desert chocolate and the sweet cakes and fruits.. The main course was pretty good as well.. You are cooking your own food, so don't expect the flavor of the main course to be overwhelmingly good -- but the desert and the starter definitely make up for it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly lovely experience with their spouse, boyfriend, or special someone.

  • I came in for dinner on a steady Wednesday night and the food was absolutely delicious, but our original server named Mike James I believe, simply chose not to wait on us. Once they sat us it took maybe 20 minutes for someone to even come to our table to even acknowledge us. A different server came to get things started by grabbing our drinks and said that this Mike James person would be right over, but he never came. Not sure if he didn’t want to wait on us because we were dressed down or if we was because we were minorities and he thought we were not going to tip... but you can’t judge a book by its cover... I also used to be a server so I know how things can get, but that’s just unacceptable to refuse tables like that. We gave our new server a $50 tip on a $120 tab simply because she deserved it...
