The Gaston Charo Art Gallery is an international art gallery located off the commercial 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen. Currently you can find art work of around 30 international artists here that include a combination of surrealism, expressionism and contemporary art that include paintings, sculptures, photographs, decor items and art installations. The gallery also sells souvenirs and jewellery pieces.

The art work can cost anything from USD 20 to USD 7000 and if you are a serious collector, you can also ask the art work to be shipped to your residence. The owner of the gallery- Gaston, has been here for more than 15 years and seen the art pulse of the city evolve. You can also walk into to use the expertise of the staff to make the appropriate purchase for your personal art collection!
