  • Design of layout is easy to find all facilities. Beach, nature walk with animals, and pool are beautiful. Specialty Rest book 2 days in advance, this can be frustrating. BONSAI was OK food. Chef worked 2 grills and served 18 people. Buffet 1 is very good. Buffet 2 near beach was more like school cafeteria food. We ate at Buffet 1 the MOST and tipped waiters. All employees were very pleasant. Room, nice, but gotta say less than expected. Sliding glass door automatically locks when shut. Had to jump over concrete ledge and go around 2x. Also TV didnt work properly Off/on, unplug. (I sleep to TV), oh well. Rptd to front desk, nothing was repaired for next person.

  • love this place. Best beach. Decent food. Cozumel buffet is so good. The specialty resturants were ok. The ocean view rooms were the best. Lower rooms are walk out uppers are balcony. What a view. The beach waitresses are awesome! We will be back!

  • Some of these reviews that rave about how good this place is have to be fake. I'm here right now and it's just ok. The beach buffets are horrible, except for the burgers. The main buffet is mediocre at best. Part of the problem is that all the buffets are open air and the food does not hold up well in the heat and humidity. Across the board, even in the restaurants, the food quality is subpar and the end result is bland, uninteresting food. They have a wood fired oven for pizza but it's undercooked and not even as good as many of the frozen brands available at home. We'll try their Japanese venue tonight. On a positive note, the rooms nice and it does have a wide, clean, white sand beach. The water is beautiful and the staff, with the exception of the front desk at check in, is very friendly. A large water feature, stocked with fish and turtle or two, meanders through the property. You can stroll along multiple paths through a little jungle between the main building and the beach, even get a massage there, and view peacocks, flamingos, howler monkeys and other animals. Overall, this would be a much better a resort with just bit more effort and attention to the food.

  • Great service, clean rooms, free liquor (you just have to ask for the top shelf, else they use the cheap stuff). Absolutely great vacation destination

  • Never have been at an all inclusive resort before and I am impressed. Beach was great. Pool looks great but I only used the beach. Staff were helpful but the 5 restaurants required reservations and they fill up fast so reserve them as soon as you can. Rooms are nice and clean.
