Ethnographic Museum, Plovdiv Reviews - Write a Review
The museum itself is very facinating with paintings and intriguing architectural design. The exhibits we're also interesting to explore and get a glimpse of what Plovdiv and all of Bulgaria was once like. I greatly appreciate the preservation of folk culture and being able to see it in person was a treat.
Loved this museum, mostly for the architecture of the house. You have to pay an extra fee if you want to take photographs inside the house, so be aware of this before you go. They do offer a student discount if you present your student card on the entrance fee.
Interesting exhibition and overall an impressive museum. The contrast between a living room of poor people and a guest room of a rich salesman was remarkable. The staff were a bit rude to us which was a pity.
A star in Bulgaria. First class exhibits and multi-lingual staff. I highly recommend a visit here
Nice museum. Cheap entrance. Beautiful garden. It's a must if you re visiting the old city
