  • This was my family’s first time visiting Kalahari. If it wasn’t for Shaun, the front desk manager, I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much as we did. She made sure our family vacation was the best we have ever had. From the moment we got there she took care of our reservation, which got mixed up with another location. My wife and I thought we had to relocate hotels, but Shaun made sure we stayed at Kalahari and enjoyed every minute of it. From the water park, to the arcade room, play ground and restaurants we were overwhelmed with so much to do! Thank you so much Shaun for making sure my kids had the best summer of 2019. There big eyes and smiles were priceless and a memory to remember forever. We will definitely be back again! I will highly recommend this place to all my family and friends!

  • Definitely the biggest indoor water park in the region no doubt! Plenty of things to do and that's before talking about the HUGE Arcade area!! Fare warning you will be overwhelmed on ur initial visit with the amount of people that are visiting, but Kalahari's customer service and check in line tries their best to make lines go smooth. I do have to give one negative feedback and that's prior to my initial check in day, I was offered VIP package for early check in and late check-out for $100, but come to find out on check in it was $150. I showed the text that was sent but they still couldn't help me out in that aspect. Also To me the resort did seems like it was missing a few things that could of made it great. Especially for the price tag it's hard to give this a full 5/5. Family had a great time overall but I just still left with wondering what if. Very minor details could've of made this perfect like having animals around the resort to compliment the overall theme. Now I'm not asking for elephants and giraffes but a couple birds would do. The rooms were very simple but classy especially the included decor fireplace. Would I come back here? Hell Yeah, just hope to catch it on a deal day.

  • Neat place. The lobby was wonderfully themed, beds in the hotel room were very comfortable, and the water park was amazing. They had so much for our toddler to do in the water park. He absolutely loved it. The only negative to the place was the prices of food and drink and extra things ($20+ to rent a locker for a day?!?).

  • Love going here. 3rd time. Great rides and attractions. Arcade is nice also. But I have point out the small negligence in the toddler pool. Where interactive features still don't work. And it's hasn't been fixed from the previous year. Kalahari, of your reading this, don't start slipping up.

  • Kalahari resort is just wonderful. It’s huge and my family and I stayed for 2 nights and it wasn’t enough honestly. On our next visit definitely staying longer. Great for family. Usually is best to go on weekdays not weekends they tend to be very crowded. For those who don’t want to go to dining to eat do as my family did, carry a separate bag with snacks, breakfast, and drinks you desire to take so you won’t have to spend so much money. Regardless of food there are attractions you’ll have to spend money on anyways. But it does save so much money to bring your own food to the hotel. Not waterpark area. Lifeguards everywhere so it’s pretty safe for your children. The rooms are wonderful very clean. Everything was truly wonderful.
