Palac Fryderykavon Opersdorffa is a site of historical importance. It is popularly believed that this building was constructed in the early 17th century and belonged to Frederick von Opersdorffa. It fell into disrepair in the mid 20th century, and was only recently restored. It is a fine specimen of Polish architecture and its magnificence has not dulled with age. Now it belongs to the municipality, and has been converted into a public building. It also houses a massive public library that consists of a large selection of books.
