  • I'm not normally a fan of zoos, but this was a very different experience and setup. The animals all seemed quite happy in their large habitats, and many very willingly approached and interacted with visitors. In addition, there was lots of educational material posted around the site and all of the staff seemed very willing to share their deep knowledge with visitors. We had a great experience just wandering around for a few hours, and I'm sure the scheduled events were quite good too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

  • We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with the bird's. Animals are well looked after and the space is used very well. Worth spending a few hours here exploring. Would highly recommend following staff around for the bird feeding. They are full of knowledge. Hand feeding a cassowary was a highlight. It's not super cheap but a good way to see most of the iconic Australian animals in one spot.

  • We spent about 3 hours and had a wonderful time. There are so many opportunities to get up close with various Australian animals. If you are staying in the area you can come back within 5 days for free. Plus, if you want to hold a koala, a whole group can buy one photo, but only one person gets to have the real cuddle.

  • This place is underrated! Awesome wildlife habitat set up perfectly for families and tourists. Beautiful and well kept and lovely staff. It's a small oasis you'd never guess it from the road! My small toddler daughter had a great time patting all the animals- birds koalas and kangaroos. We also loved feeding the kangaroos. Recommend going early and making the most of your daily ticket which allows access for up to 4 days unlimited. We returned each morning to pick up a coffee and feed the kangaroos. Loved it!

  • A great place to get up close to many of the Australian animals. Can pay extra for photos and holding a koala. Able to feed the wallaby's. See kangaroos and more. Great place for families.
