  • What a fantastic day out! My first time to the races and apart from the main activity here, it's an exciting insight into a slice of the Mauritian culture. Make sure you come hungry and don't miss the boulette!

  • Great for a day out and experiencing something different. Champ de Mars is a great place to see local horses race. You can test your luck with the tote by placing a bet on your favourite horse, or you could just watch these beautiful and majestic animals race. Such a lovely experience today! Champs de Mars is lovely!

  • The place is very clean, very quiet, cooler than the middle of the city. A person feels safe.

  • Great place to make a bet or two if you fancy your chances. Great people with a great atmosphere.

  • The only place to witness great racing and to meet other punters
